Strengthening and Sustaining Integrated, Systemic Engagement Series
This online course is based on the IEL publication, co-authored by Michele Brooks, Taking it to the next level: strengthening and sustaining integrated systemic engagement. This 5 session series is designed for district-level teams and includes:
– a systemic engagement assessment,
– exposure to exemplars of effective practice, and
– the development of an action plan based on suggestions for growth

Engagement Leadership Series
Leading engagement at the district level requires a high level of self-awareness and skill to establish an engagement culture.
This online micro-credential course, designed for both current and aspiring district engagement leaders, focuses on:
– strengthening leadership self-awareness,
– building alliances that facilitate collaboration, and
– developing high performing teams.
This course is facilitated by Michele Brooks, in conjunction with the Institute for Educational Leadership and participants will receive an Engagement Leadership micro-credential. Contact us for more information.

Engagement Team Capacity-Building
This 3-session series begins with a deep dive into the research that provides the foundation for the evidenced-based strategies that are implemented and promoted as effective practice. Additionally, teams will reflect on the current engagement practice, systems and structure for implementing their work to assess efficiency and effectiveness. The objective of this series is to build team capacity to establish/maintain the systems and structures that ensure engagement sustainability.
